Hey, I'm Jesal
a Product Designer, systems thinker, and explorer of how design, AI, and human consciousness intersect.
I’m neurodivergent, which means I perceive patterns differently — connecting logic, visuals, and emotions in ways that help me simplify complexity. This mindset drives my work: translating data into experiences that feel intuitive and alive.
I’ve spent the past few years designing enterprise tools that empower decision-makers — blending product design, data visualization, and AI automation. Now, I’m diving deeper into Agentic AI, Python, and deep learning, learning how intelligence systems can amplify human creativity rather than replace it.
How I Think
I see design as a form of mathematics — an equation of empathy, logic, and rhythm.
My process is structured but intuitive: research → reduction → synthesis.
I build systems that breathe — not rigid interfaces, but living models that adapt to users’ energy and goals.
Beyond Work
Outside design, I’m drawn to silence, water, and movement.
You’ll find me bouldering, biking, paddle boarding, or exploring new trails.
I practice yoga and meditation daily — grounding my creativity through breath and awareness.
I’m also fascinated by science, geometry, finance, and the subtle patterns that connect nature and technology.

Design Leadership Summit 2025 – Organizer & Speaker Host
At the 2025 Design Leadership Summit, I contributed to organizing one of the largest global
gatherings of product, UX, and design leaders.
My responsibilities included:
Coordinating speaker sessions
Managing design leaders during live programming
Supporting event flow and attendee experience
Ensuring seamless communication across organizers, volunteers, and speakers
This experience strengthened my operational skills and gave me exposure to high-level conversations
around design strategy, leadership, and innovation.
AI-DEV Conference 2025 (New York) – Organizer & Sponsor Management
As part of the organizing team for the AI-DEV Conference in New York, I worked closely with the DeepLearning.AI community to coordinate sponsor partners, manage logistics, and support the attendee experience.
My responsibilities included:
Helping manage sponsors and partner onboarding
Supporting venue operations
Coordinating with speakers, volunteers, and staff
This role gave me hands-on experience building connections within the global AI community.
DesignX Community – Organizer & Member since 2019
I’m an active volunteer with the DesignX community—one of the largest product & UX communities in North America.
I contribute to:

Being part of DesignX lets me stay connected with the Toronto design ecosystem and learn from fellow practitioners.
Pantones & Patio – Community Events Volunteer
I also contribute to Pantones & Patio, a relaxed summer meetup series created by DesignX to bring designers together for community, conversation, and shared creative energy.
Collision Toronto 2024 – Speaker Manager & Conference Experience Volunteer
As part of the volunteer team for Web Summit’s debut in Toronto, I supported speaker management and conference operations across multiple stages and sessions.
My responsibilities included:
Coordinating speaker check-ins
Managing backstage flow and speaker transitions
Supporting moderators and stage crews
Ensuring talks started smoothly and on schedule
Helping maintain an excellent attendee experience
This role strengthened my communication, real-time decision-making, and event operations skills while giving me exposure to world-class founders, product leaders, and innovators from across the tech ecosystem.
